The DEImetrix™ Model

DEImetrix™ is based on behavioral research that emphasizes how people actually experience DEI on a daily basis. It additionally applies a holistic approach that enables a comprehensive DEI culture. 

  • Total DEI Score is based on the average of three Domains: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Each Domain is equally comprised of three supporting Dimensions
  • Diversity: Are you open to differences?
  • Equity: Are you fair irrespective of differences?
  • Inclusion: Are you engaging those who are different?
  • Each Domain and Dimension have a separate corresponding index and percentile
  • After completing a survey, an Assessment Report provides a Total DEI Score, as well as a breakdown of scores achieved in each DEI domain
